Our Experts

Amy Gutteridge
Amy is a workflow and operations specialist who helps small business owners turn messy, unclear, or inconsistent processes into systems that make sense. With experience across transport, mining, civil construction, earthmoving, and retail, she brings a grounded, real‑world understanding of how businesses actually function — not how they’re “supposed” to.
Across every role, Amy became the person people relied on for clarity. She knew where information lived, how it flowed, who needed it, and what was missing. She built onboarding systems, payroll workflows, document structures, compliance processes, and operational routines that made work easier for everyone around her. When something wasn’t working, she figured out why — and fixed it.
Her strengths sit in the practical middle of business: the everyday tasks, the moving parts, the information that needs to be right, and the people who need to understand it. She designs systems that are simple, logical, and easy to follow, and she teaches teams how to use them with confidence.
Through Quotidian Administration, Amy provides virtual administration support alongside workflow and systems consulting, helping small business owners build the operational foundations they’ve been missing so they can run their businesses with less stress and more control.
